Livi makes healthcare more accessible by allowing patients to consult a doctor via their mobile in minutes, wherever they are and whenever they want. Within the Community Experience (customer support) team at Livi, your mission will be to ensure the smooth daily operations to guarantee the best possible experience for our patients and doctors.

Responsabilités:

  • Handle requests from patients and doctors across various communication channels (tickets, chats, calls, etc.)
  • Ensure the achievement of quarterly operational objectives focused on service quality for patients and doctors
  • Lead short-medium term projects to improve the team's daily work and user journey
  • Work hand in hand with other teams to continuously improve existing processes and new tools
  • Use problem-solving methodologies to effectively escalate encountered problems to improve the overall experience

Exigences:

  • Patient, empathetic, and rigorous
  • Available on weekends and for shifts from 7am to midnight (with an established schedule in advance) that can vary from week to week
  • Comfortable with the digital environment and all it entails
  • Perfect command of French, both written and spoken
  • Sufficient level of English to communicate fluently, structure ideas, and communicate with the rest of the teams
  • Proactive and committed to anticipating problems before they arise
  • Autonomous but values teamwork and collaborates when necessary
  • A problem-solver at heart, enjoys thinking about intelligent solutions to recurring problems, and is an advocate of 'best support is no support'
  • Ambitious, 'correct' is not enough, prefers excellence
Ce que nous offrons:
  • 36.5 hours per week from Monday to Sunday, 7am to midnight, with RTT
