Description du poste:

You occupy a crucial place alongside the Head Chef for the culinary preparations of the restaurant in a retirement home. You create with local, raw, seasonal products an adapted and varied service intended to surprise your guests every day. You assist your Chef in animating the kitchen team, designing menus, ordering... The service contract and health regulations will guide you in the proper performance of your duties. Moreover, the HACCP approach holds no secrets for you.

Responsabilités:

Assist the Head Chef in culinary preparations for the restaurant in a retirement home
Work with local, raw, seasonal products to create an adapted and varied service
Assist the Chef in team animation, menu design, and ordering
Follow the service contract and health regulations

Exigences:

CAP/BEP cuisine (or higher)
At least 2 years of experience in traditional and/or collective catering
Mastery of different dietary regimes and modified textures
Team spirit, agility, and rigor
Knowledge of HACCP procedures
