Responsabilités

  • Management of a team of approximately 10 people on international client accounting files
  • Supervision of review assignments (accounting work, monthly/quarterly/annual reporting) and preparation of annual accounts
  • Supervision of various tax declarations (tax packages, VAT, CVAE) and contact with tax authorities if necessary
  • Supervision of assistance to statutory auditors during legal audit work of client companies
  • Supervision of legal assistance assignments (company incorporation, general meetings)
  • Participation in the improvement and standardization of processes to guarantee quality of deliverables, deadlines, and profitability of files
  • Support for business development (participation in meetings with prospects and preparation of price proposals)
  • Client invoicing and profitability monitoring

Exigences

  • DEC (Diplôme d'Expertise Comptable) or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience on accounting files
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and Word
  • Proficiency in French and English (written and spoken)
