Dans un contexte de transformation et de croissance, vous aurez pour mission de gérer un portefeuille de clients grands comptes en France, développer des relations commerciales stratégiques, conduire des cycles de vente complexes et participer à la veille concurrentielle.

Responsabilités

  • Gérer un portefeuille de clients grands comptes en France et développer des relations commerciales stratégiques
  • Identifier des opportunités, conduire des cycles de vente complexes (6 à 18 mois) et piloter la négociation de contrats sur mesure
  • Travailler en collaboration étroite avec les équipes internes pour élaborer des solutions adaptées aux besoins spécifiques des clients
  • Assurer un suivi rigoureux des indicateurs clés de performance (ARR, churn, NPS, etc.) et garantir la qualité du pipeline de vente via un CRM performant
  • Participer à la veille concurrentielle et représenter l'entreprise lors d'événements professionnels

Exigences

  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de comptes stratégiques et le pilotage de cycles de vente complexes
  • Expérience Grands Comptes avec capacité d'interagir avec des décideurs clés (DSI, DG, responsables logistiques, etc.)
  • Maîtrise des cycles de vente longs (6 à 18 mois)
  • Expertise commerciale stratégique (élaboration de plans de compte, définition de leviers clés)
  • Appétence pour les technologies (solutions SaaS, outils numériques avancés)
  • Esprit d'équipe et autonomie avec sens aigu des priorités
