Coordonnateur, Partenariats de Talents (Coordonnateur de Livraison)

• Maximize the order fulfillment rate for our industrial clients by implementing a local and digital recruitment strategy
• Attract, onboard, and retain a pool of highly qualified talent (temporary workers)
• Support them through their digital journey via the Randstad application
• Work in direct partnership with the commercial team to effectively meet market demand
• Actively use the Randstad application and staffing tools to fill temporary or short-term positions
• Ensure rigorous follow-up on new orders and unfilled positions to maintain a target key performance indicator of 90%
• Coordinate arrivals and manage day-one departures of talent at client sites
• Provide strategic feedback to the commercial team regarding on-the-floor trends
• Coordinate the completion of background checks, skills assessments, and schedule mandatory health and safety training or onsite orientation sessions
• Utilize talent databases, professional/social networks, and job boards to identify profiles in industrial management, logistics, and production
• Write and deploy impactful, targeted recruitment messages via SMS, email, and directly through the Randstad application
• Review and optimize job descriptions
• Reactivate former candidates for new assignments, solicit referrals from current employees, and actively promote the referral program
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to coordinate local attraction campaigns
• Support talent through the initial stages of their digital onboarding
• Measure pool conversion rates and actively intervene with talent facing technical or administrative difficulties
• Monitor the performance of temporary workers on assignment, intervene in case of disciplinary or performance issues, and lead the redeployment process

• Minimum of 1 year of successful experience in recruitment, customer service, or inside sales
• High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Ability to communicate effectively in both French and English, both orally and in writing
• Proficiency with the Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Strong ability to work with CRM tools, search databases, and digital platforms
• Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to juggle shifting priorities and execute placements under tight deadlines (high volume)
• Autonomy, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and drafting engaging job advertisements

• Experience or comfort with high-volume staffing in the manufacturing and logistics sector is a strong asset
• Bachelor's degree preferred
