Rattaché(e) à Eric - Responsable de service Industrialisation & Expertise au sein de la filière Univers des Commerçants, vous intégrerez une équipe de 5 collaborateurs répartis sur plusieurs sites. Votre mission principale sera de coordonner l'élaboration de nouvelles offres, outils ou projets informatiques.

Responsabilités

Coordinate the development of new offers, tools, or IT projects
Define needs, identify risks and opportunities, create prototypes, and support launch
Launch and coordinate testing and hardware test phases
Supervise tool deployment
Ensure prototype compliance and create necessary support and training materials for deploying a new activity or offer
Define sector procedures
Define needs for new or missing procedures
Write procedures
Analyze malfunctions and propose corrective actions
Organize and lead working groups to develop new or correct existing procedures
Design methodological solutions
Coordinate procedures between different departments
Contribute to cross-functional projects
Be the main point of contact for applying cross-functional procedures
Support departments in writing operating procedures
Provide methodological support to various contacts across the sector
Work with the Quality and Risks department to keep the repository up to date
Ensure uniform practices
Control the proper application of procedures
Participate in projects within the sector
Coordinate different stakeholders to ensure action control
Plan and organize the implementation of action plans and/or client projects
Define training needs in collaboration with the manager if necessary

Exigences

Bac +2 or significant equivalent experience
Experience in the sector is a plus, writing affinity
Curiosity, logic, customer service sense, adaptability, analytical mind, team spirit, communication and facilitation skills, ability to work in project mode
Excellent interpersonal skills, energy, good mood, and a lot of willpower
Real sense of organization
Good sense and ability to manage priorities
Rigorous and reactive
Appreciates teamwork but can work autonomously
Proficient with IT tools

Souhaitable

Experience in the sector is a plus
Writing affinity
