Your role will be to ensure the reliability of financial and performance data, thereby contributing to strategic decision-making. You will interface with financial teams, program management controllers, and subsidiary financial directors, and contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting and planning tools and processes.

Responsabilités

Ensure the collection and consolidation of financial data from different entities (programs, subsidiaries) to develop medium-term plans and forecasts
Prepare and notify budgets by program and consolidate complementary allocations
Collaborate closely with financial teams, specifically as the focal point for program management controllers and subsidiary financial directors within the planning and reporting team
Be responsible for planning and reporting financial impacts related to accounting and tax matters
Participate in the creation and implementation of reporting for newly acquired entities and contribute to integrating new teams into Airbus Atlantic's financial processes
Perform analyses on monthly closings (global company) with comparisons to budget and the previous year
Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making
Prepare monthly reporting for the parent company and interface with central Airbus teams
Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting and planning tools and processes

Exigences

Several years of experience in management control ideally in an industrial or international environment
Recognized transversal skills in performance management and budget management
Autonomous and comfortable with management software, notably SAP and BI tools
Advanced knowledge of the Google suite and Excel
Perfectly comfortable leading a meeting in English
Minimum B1 level required for all executive profiles
Enjoy evolving in an agile environment with freedom to take action, share ideas, and contribute to project development
Express yourself clearly and know how to adapt your communication to your audience
