Responsabilités

Conseiller aux opérationnels (Capture Leader) un montage contractuel pertinent sur plan juridique et contribuant à la compétitivité de l'offre
Préparer et négocier des accords de coopération, support au business développement (LOI, MOU, Accord de consortium, Accords de JV…)
Apporter un support aux achats pour la définition des clauses contractuelles à flow-downer dans les contrats de sous-traitance, ainsi qu'un éventuel support à la négociation
S'assurer que, dès la signature du contrat, le référentiel contractuel soit connu de l'équipe projet, tenu à jour et que les écarts soient tracés et traités
Définir avec l'équipe projet une stratégie de gestion des risques et opportunités afin de minimiser l'impact de la survenance d'un risque, par des demandes de dérogations ou de prolongation de délai, ou d'améliorer le bilan financier du projet, en générant des réclamations et/ou des avenants
Une contribution effective aux KPIs de la fonction juridique définis au niveau du Groupe
Suivi et gestion avec la Direction du Contentieux des éventuels litiges survenant dans le cadre de l'exécution du projet (collecte de données pertinentes relatives à l'environnement contractuel et opérationnel et preuves associées)
Contribution active à la mise en place des actions du programme de conformité du Groupe notamment en assistant le compliance officer de la BL dans la mise en œuvre de l'ensemble des piliers du programme (Antitrust, Anticorruption, RGPD, Trade compliance & devoir de vigilance)
Participation à un groupe de travail transverse à la DJC DIS/IBS (contract management, IP, contrats types…)
Contribution à la construction et réalisation de formations auprès des opérationnels (compliance, contract management)
