Acteur leader de la logistique de santé depuis près de 60 ans, Alloga France est aujourd’hui le 2e dépositaire sur le marché français et fait partie de Cencora, entreprise mondiale de premier plan dans le domaine de la santé. Rattaché à la Direction Commerciale & Relation Clients, vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes opérationnelles : Interlocuteur privilégié des clients laboratoires, vous êtes en charge de la coordination opérationnelle et du développement des laboratoires confiés à votre responsabilité.

Responsabilités:

  • Comprendre les besoins et les attentes des clients et les relayer auprès des départements concernés
  • Être le garant des engagements contractuels (gestion des demandes des laboratoires, suivi des KPI, relai avec le service juridique pour les avenants, facturation des prestations additionnelles)
  • Suivre la qualité de la prestation et aider à l’amélioration de la productivité et de la qualité (suivi Assurance Qualité, pilotage des plans d’amélioration continue, préparation des comités de pilotage, revue des performances, compte-rendu et suivi des plans d’action)
  • Pérenniser la relation et développer les comptes en valorisant l’expertise Alloga et en proposant des solutions à valeur ajoutée (établissement d’offre, suivi de P&L et renégociation de contrats)

Exigences:

  • Bac+5 école d’ingénieur ou de commerce
  • Expérience minimum de 3 à 5 ans en logistique et en gestion de projet B to B multi-clients
  • Rigoureux et proactif
  • Avoir déjà mené un comité de pilotage efficacement
  • Savoir faire respecter les délais de réponse et les engagements
  • Sens relationnel
  • Orienté résultat et satisfaction clients
  • Bon niveau d’anglais

  • Une contribution effective aux KPIs de la fonction juridique définis au niveau du Groupe
  • Suivi et gestion avec la Direction du Contentieux des éventuels litiges survenant dans le cadre de l'exécution du projet (collecte de données pertinentes relatives à l'environnement contractuel et opérationnel et preuves associées)
  • Contribution active à la mise en place des actions du programme de conformité du Groupe notamment en assistant le compliance officer de la BL dans la mise en œuvre de l'ensemble des piliers du programme (Antitrust, Anticorruption, RGPD, Trade compliance & devoir de vigilance)
  • Participation à un groupe de travail transverse à la DJC DIS/IBS (contract management, IP, contrats types…)
