Join Sopra Steria Next as an apprentice consultant specialized in digital transformation for the public services team in Courbevoie, France. Gain hands-on experience in implementing transformative projects across various sectors, such as social services, employment, health, and territorial organizations. Work collaboratively with a passionate team while contributing to impactful projects.

Responsabilités:

Intervene on the framing and implementation of business and digital transformation projects
contribute to the improvement of operational performance and client services
optimize business processes and streamline customer journeys
support organizational transformation and associated change management
lead digital transformation in imagining future applications (IoT, Big Data, blockchain)
implement new working methods (agility, co-design, Lean-IT)
develop innovative solutions

Exigences:

Currently enrolled in an engineering or business school
motivated to learn and contribute
interested in human and technological transformations

Souhaitable:

Experience in consulting
understanding of digital transformation
knowledge of change management practices
