Dans un contexte de forte croissance de nos activités, nous recherchons notre futur Project Manager Officer (PMO) qui intégrera, en CDI, nos équipes marseillaises et serez localisé sur site client, leader du secteur aéronautique/défense. Soutenu(e) au quotidien par votre Chef de mission qui a à cœur de participer à votre intégration et votre montée en compétences, vous aurez pour rôle d'accompagner notre client, en support opérationnel, à la maîtrise des fondamentaux en gestion de projet. Véritable garant de la qualité, des coûts, des délais et de la performance, vous participerez à l'organisation, le pilotage et la coordination du projet.

Responsabilités

  • Assurer et animer la planification du projet
  • Suivre et contrôler le bon déroulement du projet
  • Organiser et animer les points réguliers avec l'ensemble des acteurs du projet
  • Analyser les résultats et proposer des plans d'actions correctifs selon les écarts entre prévisions et réalisations
  • Assurer le reporting final et KPI's
