Internship opportunity to join Sopra Steria focused on supporting the staffing and HR processes of the cybersecurity division within a dynamic environment. Tasks range from managing sourcing and administrative workflows to participating in governance efforts and optimizing division processes. The role offers skill-building opportunities in cybersecurity and access to a wide range of team support, training platforms, and post-internship job prospects.

Responsabilités:

  • Integration into the Cybercenter staffing team
  • sourcing management
  • centralization of division's sourcing needs
  • internal availability management
  • staffing optimization for the division
  • updates to databases and tools
  • communication with available collaborators
  • tracking collaborators' CVs
  • subcontracting management in collaboration with the commercial team
  • administrative management
  • tracking subcontracting startups
  • drafting subcontracting contracts
  • updating staffing management tools and division KPIs
  • tracking orders and external service invoices
  • participation in Cybercenter governance and continuous improvement by designing new processes
  • reporting to management using tools and KPIs

Exigences:

  • Adaptability
  • ability to resolve complex issues in sensitive environments
  • interest in cybersecurity and information systems
  • recognized writing skills
  • analytical mindset
  • service orientation
  • proficiency in Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and tools like PowerBI
  • curiosity
  • proactivity
  • fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • strong inclination toward HR and staffing
  • currently pursuing a Master 1 or 2 in HR, commerce, management, or equivalent
  • seeking a four to six-month internship starting January 2025
