In the Energy Transition & Utilities entity, activities are in a context rich in innovations from the energy and environmental transition, performance improvement to the emergence of new business models or reflection around digital services. As a junior consultant trainee in transformation and innovation, you will work with clients in the energy sector, investment funds or energy consumers. You will carry out missions of strategic consulting, innovation and technology consulting, diversification and support for business development and projects within the operational management of our clients.

Responsabilités

Strategic consulting and innovation for the energy sector
Transformation and digitization of operations
Project management and change management
Support for business development and offering
Redefine the operating model of the renewable branch of a major energy player
Raise awareness and deploy the new group strategy of a major energy player in the field
Support the digital transformation of operations
Understand all stages of implementation of our missions: offer creation, scoping and strategy, business models, organization transformation, project management, change management
Master the latest technologies (IoT, AI, data...) and their use cases

Exigences

Bac +4/5, 0 to 1 year of experience, appetite for digital transformation and energy, fluent English and ability to analyze/synthesize
4th or 5th year of business school, engineering school or university in an energy-oriented curriculum
Strong affinity for topics related to business transformation, digital innovation and the energy sector
Fluent in English and French
Intellectual curiosity and great adaptability
Team spirit and analytical and synthesis skills
