Description du poste:

This role involves high-level tasks such as client prospecting, negotiation, and portfolio management. You'll identify top profiles, ensure smooth mission execution, and build loyalty among talent while maintaining a dynamic network. Responsabilités:

Prospect and visit clients
Negotiate and manage relationships
Conquer new clients
Manage client portfolio and regional employment partners
Identify the best profiles for client needs (matching)
Ensure smooth process and loyalty-building among talent

Exigences:

Bac+2
At least 2 years of experience
Appétence commerciale (prospecting and client follow-up)
Driver's license (permis B)

Souhaitable:

Commercial network development skills
Familiarity with digital tools
