Inetum is seeking a passionate professional with deep expertise in ServiceNow for a presales consulting role. The consultant will lead the ServiceNow presales cycle, manage RFPs/responses, design solutions, deliver demos, and contribute strategically to sales processes. The role emphasizes autonomy, collaboration, and a strong customer focus. Candidates must have substantial experience in ServiceNow solutions and client interactions in complex sales scenarios.

Responsabilités:

Qualify customer needs and strategic challenges
Define response strategies aligned with customer goals and ServiceNow capabilities
Manage complex deals and coordinate team contributions
Assist sales teams in strategic meetings
Follow-up opportunities and presales reporting
Analyze customer context to build value propositions demonstrating ROI
Manage documentation for RFP/RFI responses
Validate feasibility, estimate workload, and identify risks with delivery teams
Participate in presentations and client Q&A
Design functional and technical ServiceNow solutions
Deliver personalized demos, PoCs, and prototypes
Lead technical and functional workshops
Tailor technical communication to various audiences
Manage sales processes to align stakeholders
Build consensus with decision-makers
Provide technological and competitive market analysis
Contribute to ServiceNow offering evolution
Participate in marketing events and content creation
Develop the ServiceNow expertise team

Exigences:

Minimum 3 years in presales, senior consulting, or ServiceNow architecture
Advanced ServiceNow certifications (CIS) preferred
CSA certification required
Understanding of ITIL, Agile/Scrum, and digital transformation challenges
Excellent skills in analyzing client needs and synthesizing complex solutions
Ability to create compelling value propositions
Strong project management and team coordination skills
Negotiation and consensus-building capabilities
Result-oriented, proactive, and client-focused
Excellent analytical, synthesis, listening, and communication skills
Comfortable with presentations and strong writing skills
Collaborative spirit, autonomy, and customer service orientation

Understanding of ITIL
