Description du poste:

The Data Center of Excellence Sopra Steria (DCoE) is at the heart of supporting and transforming Data/AI for our clients. As a Consultant Analytics & IA, you will join our Data Center of Excellence, allowing you to work with various clients across diverse sectors (Banking, Insurance, Public Sector, Telecom, Media, Gaming, Industry, and Services) throughout France. You will primarily work on Analytics and AI industrialization topics (data processing, quality, modeling, visualization, monitoring, innovation) while integrating best practices for AI project industrialization at an organizational scale.

Responsabilités:

Analyze complex datasets to answer strategic and operational business questions
Participate in design and consulting workshops with clients
Help clients value their data through exploration and dashboarding tools
Propose AI/ML solutions, including methodologies, architectures, and tools
Implement transformations and value data using SQL, Python, Java, Scala
Frame projects, understand RFPs, develop technical responses
Conduct constant technological and academic watch on AI advancements
Potentially supervise teams and/or intervene in solution delivery

Exigences:

Bac+5 or higher (engineering grandes écoles or universities)
At least 3 years of experience as a Consultant Analytics and IA
Strong skills in Analytics and IA
Public speaking skills
English level B2
Knowledge of MLOps stacks (ZenML, Dataiku, SageMaker, VertexAI, MLFlow, Docker, Kubernetes)
Proficiency in SQL, Python, Java, Scala
Knowledge of CI/CD methodologies and tools
Mastery of at least one cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Knowledge of Snowflake or Databricks is a major asset

Souhaitable:

Knowledge of Snowflake or Databricks
Sensitivity to broader Data and AI topics (Algorithmics, industrialization, explainability)
