Responsabilités

Intervenir auprès des clients et jouer un rôle clé dans l'identification, la compréhension et la conception de leurs solutions numériques et organisationnelles
Être responsable de l'analyse approfondie des processus, des parcours, des données, des exigences et des différents besoins des parties prenantes
Proposer des solutions innovantes répondant aux enjeux business et de transformation
Comprendre et analyser les besoins et les enjeux sectoriels et opérationnels
Identifier et prioriser les exigences des différents métiers concernés
Évaluer la faisabilité du projet, conseiller sur les options, les risques et les coûts
Assister ou assurer le rôle de Product Owner en fonction de la nature des projets
Contribuer au chantier de conduite du changement auprès des différents métiers et participer à la définition de la cible (SI, organisation, process, parcours...)
Assurer le lien entre les métiers et les équipes IT
Participer à la rédaction des spécifications fonctionnelles et applicatives
