Consultant AMOA with business skills in insurance to strengthen and support the development of our Bordeaux team. You intervene with our clients and play a key role in identifying, understanding, and designing their digital and organizational solutions. You are responsible for the in-depth analysis of processes, journeys, data, requirements, and the different needs of stakeholders to propose innovative solutions that meet business and transformation challenges.

Exigences
BAC + 5 formation
Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role in the insurance domain
Good knowledge of business processes in insurance and IARD
Ability to understand and analyze sectoral and operational needs and challenges
Ability to identify and prioritize requirements from various business areas
Ability to evaluate project feasibility, advise on options, risks, and costs
Ability to assist or ensure the role of Product Owner depending on the nature of projects
Contribute to change management with various business units and participate in defining the target (IT, organization, process, journey...)
Ensure the link between business units and IT teams
Participate in writing functional and application specifications
Propose methodologies and solutions
Define and execute tests in collaboration with teams
Report alerts on events that could impact commitments
Prepare and lead steering committees
Curious, rigorous, and with excellent analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect different project stakeholders
Complete experience on the project lifecycle in banking and insurance sectors
Practical knowledge of agility
Awareness of the impact of your missions on clients
