Consultant - Transformation digitale

• Conduct studies and upstream frameworks on business issues and/or digital innovation
• Participate in the support, redesign, and deployment of HRIS
• Support the implementation of major regulatory reforms
• Identify and implement employee engagement levers
• Contribute to cultural, managerial, and digital change initiatives
• Optimize HR business processes
• Assist in the project management of critical missions

• You are currently a student in the final year of engineering school, business school, university or equivalent
• You are proactive, curious, resourceful, rigorous, with strong analytical and oral and written synthesis skills
• You want to put your skills, creativity, and energy at the service of programs serving the general interest
• You are interested in the field of human resources and digital innovation
