Sopra Steria Next is the consulting arm of Sopra Steria Group specializing in digital transformation. The role involves contributing proactively to impactful transformation projects for leading clients. Tasks include designing customer and employee experiences, managing digital projects in collaboration with IT and business units, and optimizing processes by integrating digital tools. The company fosters collaboration, offers mentorship, and supports career development.

Responsabilités:

Conception and improvement of customer and employee experience
managerial transformation and change management
piloting or co-piloting digital transformation projects in collaboration with business and IT departments
redesign and optimization of business processes by integrating digital tools

Exigences:

Proactive
curious
force of proposal
rigorous
good analytical and synthesis capabilities both oral and written
interest in societal transformations
affinity for tools and digital innovations
desire to use skills, creativity, and energy for client transformation
degree from an engineering school, business school or equivalent university pathway
