Selectra is a fast-growing European startup focused on simplifying household contract management, including energy, broadband, and banking services. This role involves selling contracts over the phone in the French market, providing excellent sales services, and participating in a dynamic team environment in Madrid.

Responsabilités:

Selling energy and telecommunication contracts to the French market
receiving incoming calls
identifying and understanding customer needs
informing customers about available options and selling the most suitable offer
processing subscriptions
proposing additional sales.

Exigences:

Motivation to learn to become an excellent seller
dynamic personality
ability to communicate effectively with strangers
willingness to accept challenges and overcome objections
desire to earn performance-based bonuses
ability to work in French
eagerness to improve sales techniques and grow commercially
valid EU ID or work permit in Spain.

Souhaitable:

Experience in selling energy or telecommunication services
previous experience as a customer advisor or commercial advisor.
