Conseiller clientèle

Under the responsibility of the Agency Director, your missions are: Welcome and assist clients, including at the counter for all operations; Retain and develop the portfolio; Prospect and develop the clientele: initiate contacts with prospects and clients, conduct appointments (physical and telephone); Sell banking products and services; Negotiate relationship conditions with companies within the framework of delegations; Administrative management and follow-up of client relations: update and enter client information; Credit risk monitoring; Management of private and professional assets; Writing visit reports; Transmission to the team of useful information for risk prevention; Time management, particularly by targeting and planning appointments using available tools: CRM, Pro ACTIV, various queries; Transmission of know-how. Full-time position with daytime hours from Tuesday to Saturday. Upon integration, training will be provided at the regional headquarters 'campus' located in the Dijon area.
