Delair, leader mondial du drone professionnel, fournit des données basées sur l’imagerie aérienne pour aider les industriels dans leur processus de décision. Spécialiste de la fabrication de drones et du traitement des données collectées, Delair met à disposition des professionnels des solutions complètes depuis l’acquisition de données jusqu’à leur analyse opérationnelle. Le poste s’intègre dans une équipe de spécialistes en charge de la protection globale de l’entreprise (Officier de sécurité, Directeur des Systèmes d’Information, Safety Assurance Officer, responsable de la SSI des systèmes) au sein de la Direction des Programmes et de la Conformité (Program and Compliance Department).

Responsabilités:

  • Assurer la veille réglementaire relative à la gestion des données et des matériels sensibles pour les usages militaires ou duales, ainsi que la sensibilisation de l’ensemble de l’entreprise aux obligations réglementaires
  • En lien avec les autorités, établir la classification des données et des matériels présents ou venir
  • Instruire ou faire instruire avec l’ensemble des secteurs concernés, les dossiers de conformité réglementaire au titre des réglementations de contrôle des exportations des biens et technologies à double usage et matériel de guerre
  • Conduire les audits internes relatifs à la protection des informations sensibles conformément à chaque réglementation applicable et animer le plan d’action pour la remise en conformit
  • Préparer et gérer les audits externes
  • Structurer et enrichir le corpus procédural (Internal Compliance Program - ICP) lié à ces domaines pour mettre sous contrôle les risques associés pour l’entreprise (gouvernance)
  • Instruire ou faire instruire les dossiers de classification des produits, sous-systèmes, logiciels et technologies selon les réglementations de contrôle des exportations (non classé / double usage / matériel de guerre)
  • En coordonnant les contributions des spécialistes techniques de l’entreprise, instruire ou faire instruire les demandes d’autorisations, licences et agréments auprès des autorités compétentes
  • Assurer la traçabilité des décisions de classification et des autorisations associées
  • Apporter un support aux programmes et opérations et contribuer à la sécurisation contractuelle des opérations à l’international
  • Conduire des audits dans tous les services de l’entreprise afin d’identifier les processus concernés par les différents régimes de contrôle et de fournir à la direction de l’entreprise un état des lieux selon un calendrier établi par la Direction
  • Assurer le reporting de l’état de conformité de l’entreprise pour les régimes de contrôle vers la Direction des Programmes et la Direction de l’entreprise
  • Construire et animer les plans d’action correctifs
  • Structurer et enrichir progressivement le corpus procédural (Internal Compliance Program - ICP) lié aux régimes de contrôle

Exigences:

  • Diplômé(e) d'une formation supérieure (ingénieur, juridique, conformité ou équivalent)
  • Expériences en contrôle export, conformité réglementaire ou affaires réglementaires industrielles
  • Connaissance des réglementations défense, double usage et export international
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe avec des spécialistes (Officier de sécurité, Directeur des systèmes d’information, Responsable qualité, …)
  • Capacité à travailler en environnement transverse dans un environnement industriel d’experts, avec des programmes complexes
  • Rigueur, intégrité, sens des responsabilités
  • Capacité de synthèse
  • Excellentes qualités de communication écrite et orale, pédagogie
