Randstad is currently recruiting a Distribution Center Clerk for a global leader in medical imaging and radiopharmaceuticals. In this autonomous and highly regulated role, you will oversee day-to-day logistics operations, with a particular focus on rigorous management of the shipping and inventory department. Title: Senior Distribution Center Clerk - Pharmaceutical Sector. Location: Dorval. Schedule: Day shift, with possibility of overtime to meet client needs. Status: Permanent position / Long-term career opportunity.

Responsabilités

Handle pharmaceutical and radioactive products in strict compliance with applicable Canadian regulations
Supervise product movement on the docks and coordinate delivery times strategically and quickly
Ensure that all operations strictly comply with standard operating procedures (SOP)
Manage distribution center inventory, ensure adequate storage conditions (temperature, safety) and submit reports in a timely manner
Update and document work instructions to maintain activity records
Collaborate actively with carriers, suppliers and internal/external clients to ensure service excellence

Exigences

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in warehouse operations (preparation, picking, receiving, packing and shipping)
Experience in a highly regulated environment (pharmaceutical or medical imaging) is a major asset
Demonstrated ability to work under minimal supervision, manage priorities and multitask
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook), ERP systems and knowledge of GMP standards (an asset)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to lift loads up to 23 kg (50 lb)
