The job involves selling energy and telecommunications contracts to French residential customers. The role requires handling incoming calls, understanding customer needs, and proposing suitable offers. Responsabilités:

Receive incoming calls
Identify and understand customer needs
Inform customers about different options and sell the most suitable offer
Enter subscriptions and propose additional sales
