Exigences

5 to 7 years of relevant experience in commercial property management
Confirmed experience in managing multiple construction projects
College or university diploma in real estate, management or a related field
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Functional English level (intermediate) for communications outside Quebec

Responsabilités

Handle client requests and queries related to property portfolio operations
Plan, coordinate and oversee maintenance, repair and construction projects
Ensure property compliance according to current regulations and company standards
Review and validate all technical documentation including plans, estimates, contracts and bids
Analyze and negotiate contract terms with suppliers and manage calls for tenders
Develop annual operating and capital expenditure (CAPEX) budgets
Direct the monthly invoice approval process and ensure adherence to established budgets
Hire, organize and evaluate the work of technicians and subcontractors on sites

Exigences

5+ years in selling IT services or products within an enterprise or similarly complex environment
Strong technical background covering database replication, cloud infrastructure, and data replication technologies
