En tant que Commercial Legal Manager, le titulaire du poste gère et coordonne les sujets juridiques relevant de son périmètre, avec l’appui d’un juriste junior dont il assure le management et le développement.

Responsabilités

  • Rédaction, négociation et suivi des contrats « affaires » de la Maison
  • Déploiement, mise à jour, négociation et suivi des contrats d’achats relatifs au développement des collections
  • Rédaction, négociation et suivi des contrats liés à la distribution des produits en réseaux retail et wholesale
  • Accompagnement juridique des activités internationales et des opérations d’exportation
  • Accompagnement des équipes sur les sujets de droit de la consommation
  • Support juridique et coordination de projets stratégiques à l’échelle de la Maison et du Groupe
  • Veille réglementaire et accompagnement des équipes opérationnelles sur les nouvelles réglementations applicables
  • Protection des données personnelles (Privacy)
  • Contentieux et pré-contentieux des affaires

Exigences

  • Minimum 7/8 ans d’expérience dans le domaine droit commercial acquise dans le secteur retail ou au sein d’un cabinet d’avocats
  • Parfaite maîtrise de l’anglais à l’écrit et à l’oral
  • Réactivité, rigueur, flexibilité, ouverture d’esprit et capacité à apporter des solutions
  • Excellente communication
  • Capacité à comprendre un univers créatif et à anticiper les besoins

Expérience dans le secteur du luxe et de la création serait un plus

  • Support commercial et contractuel des équipes de vente dans la phase de préparation des propositions commerciales et de négociation contractuelle : Analyse des risques commerciaux et contractuels et réalisation du prix
  • Préparation des propositions financières et contractuelles
  • Point de contact pour tous les sujets commerciaux et contractuels avec les autres départements et fonctions de la société (projet, bid, vente, finance, juridique, achats, contrôle export, taxes, offset, garanties bancaires.)
  • Préparation et coordination des documents pour les revues internes d’analyse et de validation des offres et des contrats (Maturity Gates et RMC)
  • Gestion et administration des contrats en vigueur : suivi des obligations contractuelles et analyse des risques contractuels, conseil sur l’interprétation des contrats en vigueur, préparation et négociation des avenants contractuels
  • Gestion et suivi (avec les autres fonctions support et notamment le service juridique) de la résolution des litiges avec les clients (Claim Management)
