Sopra Steria is seeking a Commercial Banking Advisor to excel in managing communication between banks and their clients. The role involves providing personalized advice on banking products, delivering top-tier service, and promoting digital banking services. The ideal candidate will have relevant education and experience, proficiency in Dutch and French, and knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

Responsabilités:

Manage communication between banks and their clients
Provide personalized and relevant advice on a wide range of banking products
Deliver top-tier service to internal and external clients
Identify client needs and propose appropriate financial solutions
Handle complex tasks with ease
Promote digital banking services
Meet deadlines
Build a portfolio of satisfied clients

Exigences:

Baccalauréat or equivalent relevant degree
Beginner to 3 years of relevant experience
Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office tools
Proficiency in Dutch and French (required), English is an advantage
