Job Description: Collaborateur Visual Merchandising at IKEA, part-time position in Arlon, Belgium. Responsibilities include presenting and communicating the IKEA range attractively, supporting self-service principles, and contributing to the store's leadership in interior decoration. Responsabilités:

Use in-depth knowledge of interior decoration and how people live at home to present and communicate the IKEA range attractively and relevantly for the local market
Support IKEA's self-service principle by presenting products in a commercially and visually attractive way
Contribute to positioning the IKEA store as the leader in interior decoration on the local market
Present interior design solutions for single products or combinations of products that can improve people's daily life at home
Highlight the unique identity of the IKEA product range through visual merchandising knowledge and presentation techniques in different media and sales spaces
Continuously propose new and inspiring interior design solutions to encourage customers to visit the store regularly
Optimize store layout to ensure a clear overview of the assortment and create a strong visual impact that facilitates the purchasing process

Exigences:

Passion, curiosity, and understanding of interior decoration and people's daily life at home
Ability to ensure relevance, attractiveness, and competitiveness of the IKEA brand
Higher education in visual merchandising, industrial design, or art, or equivalent experience
In-depth knowledge of REVIT or similar drawing programs
Practical and ready to roll up sleeves
Creativity considering both commercial and aesthetic aspects
Ability to work in a dynamic and constantly evolving retail environment
Constantly seeking better, simple, economical, and environmentally friendly work methods
