Description du poste:

Sales collaborator position at IKEA Quebec, focusing on creating positive customer experiences, helping customers with home decoration ideas, and working in a dynamic retail environment

Responsabilités:

Welcome customers with a smile and help them feel at home
Ask open questions to understand their needs and propose personalized solutions
Guide customers through the store and introduce them to our products and services
Ensure the sales area is well-stocked, clean and attractive
Stay informed about promotions, delivery options and product features
Work as a team in a respectful, inclusive and collaborative atmosphere

Exigences:

You enjoy helping people and creating positive experiences
You are curious, attentive to details and able to handle multiple tasks at once
You are comfortable talking with customers and proposing inspiring ideas for their home
You have a passion for decoration, IKEA products and sustainability values
You have experience (formal or informal) in a dynamic service or sales environment
You are ready to work in an active environment where days go by quickly and mutual help is essential
