• Experience in a high-volume environment and direct customer contact, ideally in service or sales

• physically resilient and able to stand for long periods, even during low customer frequency
• strong team spirit but takes responsibility for own tasks
• thrives in a dynamic and stimulating environment and works well under pressure
• proficient in computer skills, particularly MS Office
• flexible work hours aligned with store opening hours
• fluent in French and has good English skills, knowledge of additional national languages is an advantage
