• Experience in a high-volume, customer-facing environment, ideally in service or sales
• Accessible and enjoys working directly with customers
• Physically resilient and able to stand for extended periods
• Strong team spirit but also takes responsibility for own work
• Thrives in a dynamic and stimulating environment and works well under pressure
• Comfortable with IT, especially MS Office
• Flexible with work hours depending on store opening hours
• Fluent in French and good level of English
• Knowledge of other national languages is an advantage
