Description du poste:

Part-time position at IKEA Mons as a Children's Paradise Collaborator, responsible for welcoming customers, supervising children in the Smaland area, and promoting digital tools to enhance the shopping experience

Responsabilités:

Welcome customers in a friendly and open manner and answer their questions
Provide customers with necessary tools (e.g., yellow bags) to start their shopping smoothly
Stay informed about current offers and activities to best answer customer questions
Welcome children from 3 years old in Smaland (according to safety rules) and supervise them so parents can shop in peace
Supervise organized activities for children in the store
Promote our digital applications, such as the IKEA app, to facilitate the purchasing process
