Description du poste:

We are looking for a sales collaborator to ensure our customers have an extraordinary shopping experience. You will contribute to creating a memorable shopping experience at IKEA, actively approach customers to identify their needs, and advise them on the best solutions. You will also collaborate with other store departments and logistics staff to optimize sales and ensure proper stock replenishment.

Responsabilités:

Contribute to creating an extraordinary shopping experience at IKEA
Actively approach customers to identify their needs and advise them on the best solutions
Know and offer customers the full range of available services
Maximize sales by ensuring the area of responsibility is clean, tidy, and well-stocked
Collaborate closely with other store departments to optimize sales
Cooperate daily with logistics staff to ensure proper stock replenishment

Exigences:

Passion for sales, customer service, and interior design
Enjoy interacting with customers in a welcoming, attentive, and inspiring manner
Attention to customer needs and ability to propose personalized solutions
Active contribution to the development of store services
Prior experience in sales or customer service
Good computer skills
Fluent in French
Good knowledge of English, Portuguese, Russian, and Arabic
