We are looking for a sales collaborator to ensure our customers have an extraordinary shopping experience. You will contribute to creating an unforgettable shopping experience at IKEA and ensure customer satisfaction by actively approaching customers, identifying their needs, and advising them on the best solutions. You will also maximize sales by ensuring your area of responsibility is always clean, tidy, and well-stocked, and collaborate closely with other store departments to optimize sales.

Responsabilités:

Create an extraordinary shopping experience at IKEA and ensure customer satisfaction
Actively approach customers to identify their needs and advise them on the best solutions
Know and offer customers the full range of available services according to their needs
Maximize sales by ensuring your area of responsibility is always clean, tidy, and well-stocked
Collaborate closely with other store departments to optimize sales
Cooperate daily with logistics staff to ensure good stock levels

Exigences:

Passion for sales, customer service, and interior design
Enjoy interacting with customers in a welcoming, attentive, and inspiring manner
Pay attention to customer needs and offer personalized solutions
Contribute to the development of store services
Prioritize and organize daily work effectively
Experience in sales or customer service
Good computer skills
Fluent in French
Good knowledge of English
