Description du poste:

Job at IKEA in Quebec, Canada, focusing on customer relations and ensuring a positive shopping experience by managing carts and assisting customers with merchandise.

Responsabilités:

Ensure smooth circulation of carts and strollers throughout the store for a positive customer shopping experience
Help customers load merchandise into their vehicles as efficiently as possible
Keep the loading area clear
Ensure smooth cart circulation in store and home delivery areas
Disassemble merchandise from the As-Is section when necessary
Help customers transport returned merchandise
Report any unusable equipment to managers
Maintain outdoor areas and ensure supplies like twine are fully stocked
Work closely with furniture pickup and warehouse staff
Use available resources to train on product features and customer interaction skills
Contribute to an environment where IKEA culture is strong and alive, embracing diversity
Take responsibility for other tasks and projects as they arise

Exigences:

Enthusiastic about working and enjoy working with others in a team
Able to establish priorities, disciplined, and shows initiative and flexibility
Experience working with handling equipment (or eager to learn)
Approximately six months of professional experience in a high-volume warehouse, sales, or customer service environment (preferred but not essential)
No problem working in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment, continuously lifting and moving items
