Description du poste:

Cashier position at IKEA Hognoul, Liège, Belgium. Part-time 18-hour role in customer relations team. Responsible for checkout operations, customer service, and payment processing. Part of the customer relations team with opportunities for other tasks within the team.

Responsabilités:

Help customers at checkout
Work efficiently and control costs
Alternate between regular checkout, scan & go, and self-scanning checkout
Handle payments responsibly
Apply and respect established procedures
Ensure each customer has a smooth and friendly experience
Answer customer questions and guide their thinking
Collaborate with colleagues from different departments to address customer feedback and questions
