Description du poste:

The role involves supporting the deployment of a digital MES solution and providing coaching and support to production lines at the Rochefort site. The candidate will act as a liaison between end users and the project team, manage access to the MES, and provide level 1 support. The position requires a BAC+2 to BAC+5 in the industrial domain, experience in deploying digital tools or production, and knowledge of PLM applications.

Responsabilités:

Accompany the deployment of the digital MES solution
provide proximity digital coaching and support to production lines
collect and transmit bugs encountered
assist in configuring the solution
assist in opening access rights
participate in daily meetings
manage MES access
perform level 1 support for the solution
test updates before deployment in production
coach/train production teams in 'How do I?' support

Exigences:

BAC+2 to BAC+5 in the industrial domain
first successful experience in deploying digital tools or in the production field
good knowledge of PLM applications
good listening and interpersonal skills
good reasoning, analysis, synthesis, and curiosity skills
