Description du poste:

Le Client Manager pilote et suit l’activité d’un portefeuille de client en s’appuyant sur les équipes du centre du service de Tunis et du Delivery Lead. Il est responsable de la qualité du service rendu au client, du développement du chiffre d’affaire et à améliorer la rentabilité du compte (via les add-ons, mise en place d’un nouveau module, optimisation de staffing…).

Responsabilités:

  • Gérer la communication avec le client
  • Développer une relation de confiance avec le client
  • Gérer la relation commerciale et contractuelle (signature avenant, facturation…)
  • Réaliser les objectifs commerciaux : add-ons, évolutions légales, extension de licences
  • Suivi de la rentabilité PnL des clients
  • Préparation des plans de charge, les prévisions de staffing et les prévisions du revenu
  • Assurer le reporting des projets
  • Promouvoir les nouvelles offres de produits/services
  • Qualifier les besoins et les évolutions du client
  • Gérer la priorisation des demandes du client
  • Gérer et alerter sur les risques projets
  • Veiller au respect des délais et des engagements pris vis-à-vis du client
  • Planifier et organiser des réunions de suivi internes et externes
  • Assurer la coordination avec les équipes de Delivery et Customer Support
  • Animer les différents comités contractuels (mensuel et trimestriel)

  • Monitor reported issues such as damage, work, or non-compliance with condominium regulations, in collaboration with our damage, legal, and works teams
  • Maintain a fluid relationship with suppliers and external partners
  • Prepare and hold general meetings in person or by video while respecting legal deadlines, then apply decisions voted at the AGM
  • Participate in contract renegotiation and quote research, and anticipate needs for DPE/energy renovation/multi-year work plan, with the support of Matera experts
  • Collaborate with internal teams: with our Tech&Product teams: report the most recurring and relevant customer feedback and your difficulties using the software so they can adapt the platform to your needs
  • With our legal and works experts to ensure good follow-up on complex issues encountered with your client portfolio, as well as assistants and accountants for daily management
  • Participate in client events alongside our Sales and Marketing team
  • Work on side projects for missions you care about with members of other teams: training new hires, creating content for the team or clients, optimizing and harmonizing internal processes, etc.
