Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme en hospitalité, Ecole de Commerce idéalement complété avec un MBA Luxe
Vous justifiez d'au moins 3 ans d'expérience en service client idéalement au sein d'une maison de luxe
Vous communiquez avec aisance et professionnalisme, en faisant preuve de discrétion et d'un excellent sens du service
Vous maîtrisez les outils CRM et savez tenir des dossiers clients précis et complets
Vous êtes organisé, et capable de gérer plusieurs demandes ou rendez-vous en simultané
Vous assurez un service client irréprochable, même lors de situations complexes ou sensibles
Vous montrez un intérêt réel pour l'univers du luxe et de l'horlogerie, ou apprenez rapidement les collections
Vous parlez l'anglais couramment

Responsabilités

Concevoir en collaboration avec les autres départements, les briefs des événements clients globaux
Elaborer et structurer les parcours clients sur toute la chaine de valeurs de l'expérience client
Élaborer et structurer un playbook incluant la coordination avec les différents départements et les différentes régions la mise en place et le suivi de ce document
Contribuer à la définition de la stratégie d'allocation des pièces
Assurer l'analyse des tendances de ventes
