Description du poste:

AMI is looking for a new ambassador, on a permanent contract (CDI) within the Galeries Lafayette Champs-Elysées. Under the direction of the store manager of your point of sale, you assist the team in order to contribute to the development of sales and customer loyalty of the AMI house through the following missions.

Responsabilités:

Friendly welcome of local and international clientele
Discovery and identification of customer needs
Friendly and personalized advice adapted to identified needs
Presentation and sale of collections while valuing products and know-how
Loyalty through creation of personalized relationship and transmission of values
Participation in good presentation and upkeep of the boutique
Implementation of Visual Merchandising recommendations from headquarters
Reception and integration of goods into stock
Follow-up on restocking

Exigences:

Significant experience in sales
Strong sensibility for fashion and luxury ready-to-wear
Smiling, dynamic, involved, and excellent relational qualities
Taste for teamwork and results-oriented
Excellent presentation, developed sense of customer service, and takes pleasure in satisfying customer needs
Practice of English is essential
Available as soon as possible
