Financing & Client Services (FCS) est une ligne métier mondiale de Crédit Agricole CIB qui fait partie de la Banque de Financement. FCS est rattachée au Directeur général délégué en charge des activités de financement, aux côtés de CLF, DAR, ITB et ERA. Au sein de FCS / Cash & RSF Client Services – Transactions & Services - Account Management, l’équipe CBK Administration est en charge du suivi opérationnel des comptes de correspondance bancaire des Institutions Financières, en lien étroit avec les équipes Sales d’ITB, RPC, CPL....

Responsabilités:

  • Contrôler les positions des comptes et valider des décaissements cash en cas de dépassement de ligne Intraday ou Overnight
  • Contrôler quotidiennement tous les comptes en anomalie
  • Participer à la centralisation des besoins ITB dans le cadre des Revues Annuelles Risque (FIRCOM)
  • Assister les équipes commerciales dans la préparation de réunions clients et/ou participer aux réunions clientèle
  • Dans le cadre de la surveillance des activités de Correspondance bancaire, participer aux revues de portefeuille
  • Assurer la mise en œuvre opérationnelle, avec les clients, des négociations commerciales de l’équipe ITB Sales
  • Intervenir auprès des correspondants sur instruction de la Sécurité Financière dans le cadre des opérations bloquées
  • Participer aux projets d’amélioration d’outil ou de processus lié à l’activité Comptes

Exigences:

  • Bac + 4/+5 avec une spécialisation en finance
  • Expérience concluante dans un Back-Office / Middle-Office, avec un contact clientèle ou dans un métier faisant appel aux mêmes compétences
  • Connaissance des outils cash management
  • Esprit d'analyse et de synthèse
  • Rigueur et sens de l'organisation
  • Sens du résultat et des priorités

  • Capacité à coopérer/Transversalité
  • Maitrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, Power Point)

  • Ensure all goods received and services provided, but not yet invoiced, are properly accrued and expensed

  • Follow up with incomplete and inaccurate deliverables from operations
