L'organisation de l'équipe est établie pour promouvoir la collaboration croisée de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement. As the Head of HR Digital & Transformation, you will act as the strategic bridge between technology and business operations. Your mission is to lead the HR digital roadmap while driving the broader transformation agenda for Airbus Canada. You will move beyond technical implementation to ensure that our digital tools, processes, and data governance empower the HR function to deliver high-value business results and an exceptional employee experience.
Responsabilités
Serve as the primary HR focal point for the Airbus Canada transformation
Act as a Senior Business Leader to ensure all HR initiatives are synchronized with the A220 Transformation and overarching company vision
Design and lead the HR Transformation roadmap for Airbus Canada
Monitor cross-functional initiatives to ensure they deliver measurable improvements in business performance, operational efficiency, and Employee Experience
Influence and guide HR Leadership, Centers of Expertise (CoEs), and HR Business Partners on digital adoption
Prioritize initiatives that drive organizational agility and alignment
Contribute to the harmonization across the America Digital Hub to ensure consistency and leverage regional synergies
Pilot the technology roadmap for HR (HRIS, CRM, etc.) strategy for Airbus Canada in close collaboration with global teams (Himalaya) and regional teams (HR Digital Americas)
Proactively lead the integration of Artificial Intelligence within HR
Scout emerging trends to replace legacy systems with innovative solutions that align with the company’s "People Strategy"
Lead the maintenance and evolution of HR processes
Conduct comprehensive process reviews for Canadian entities to ensure "functional readiness" for future national Workday deployments
Drive the successful delivery of cross-functional HRIS and digital projects, transforming complex operational needs into streamlined, user-centric solutions
Identify opportunities for digital evolution and define robust business cases that justify and guide future HR technology investments within the region
Influence Senior Leadership by providing expert guidance on HR processes and data analytics, ensuring digital operations are a key driver of business performance
Oversee HR data quality and integrity
Partner with the Data Privacy Office to ensure all systems comply with internal standards and legal privacy regulations (GDPR/Local laws)
Establish advanced HR analytics and dashboards (Headcount, Retention, Diversity)
Set the gold standard for benchmarking HR data against external industry sources to provide actionable insights for executive decision-making
Proactively identify and manage risks and opportunities related to HR operations.
Exigences
Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Human Resources Management or equivalent required
10+ years of professional experience, with a significant track record in HR Transformation, Digital Strategy, or Business Consulting
Hands-on experience of HRIS (Workday preferably) and other HR technology platforms
Strong knowledge of HR processes, data management, and system integrations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to engage efficiently with all levels of stakeholders
Excellent project management and change management skills
Strong adaptability, resilience, strategic thinking, and visionary abilities
Ability to operate in a global multicultural environment
Ability to manage multiple complex HR transformation projects and prioritize tasks and time effectively
Ability to inspire your teams and make workplace a collaborative and innovative environment
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Bilingualism: written and spoken French and English.
