Description du poste:

The role involves managing PLM software deployment projects, leading a team, ensuring project success, and contributing to business development.

Responsabilités:

Manage financial, budgetary, and client relationships for deployment and support projects
Lead and oversee a team of 10-15 functional consultants
Ensure the production of deliverables on time and in quality
Ensure profitability and continuity of projects
Accompany team skill development through training and career planning
Organize regular team meetings to disseminate information
Coordinate recruitment activities
Define and implement team strategy aligned with agency goals
Identify new business opportunities
Participate in and/or lead responses to calls for tenders.

Exigences:

Experience managing deployment projects of market PLM software solutions
Knowledge of industrial processes in engineering, manufacturing, and customer services
Ideally, expertise in a market PLM solution (e.g., 3DEXPERIENCE, TEAMCENTER, WINDCHILL, ARAS)
Strong relational and communication skills with organization, synthesis, and rigor
Listening skills and ability to unite a team
Fluent in English
Degree equivalent to Bac+5
At least 5 years of experience including significant management experience of functional consultant teams.
