Chef de projet pour la Business Unit Défense & Sécurité, au sein de l'Agence C2SO (Commandement, Contrôle et Soutien aux Opérations) qui développe et commercialise une gamme de produits innovants (Crimson, logiciel de supervision et d'aide au commandement, Inscape, éditeur d’application de simulation 3D) et est en charge de piloter des projets très variés dans les domaines suivants : Disponibilité de systèmes, Exploitation et maintenance applicative, Sécurité Systèmes, Engineering et Déploiement de solution de sûreté, supervision des systèmes, Maintien en Condition de Sécurité (MCS) de systèmes redondés, et au profit de systèmes de Défense, Sécurité Publique et Pénitentiaire essentiellement en France.

Responsabilités

Carry out all project organization and management actions at technical and human levels
Define system-level breakdown and organization
Participate in writing the Quality Management and Assurance Plan (PMAQ) and pilot its application on the system
Pilot the definition and implementation of corrective and preventive actions related to the system
Ensure coordination between different internal entities involved in system realization and with co-contractors and/or subcontractors
Launch studies, realizations, and productions
Ensure schedule adherence and respect of commitments to the client, environment, and hierarchy
Prevent and manage system risks throughout the project
Define, plan, and organize system meetings and reviews
Define objectives, animate, motivate, and inform all people participating in system work realization
Handle commercial aspects within the system perimeter
Manage the relationship with the client
Negotiate and develop technical clauses of Technico-Financial Proposals (PTF)
Establish or have established quotes and the technical part of PTFs
Initiate subcontracting contract negotiations
Establish the financial part of PTFs
Ensure economic monitoring of the system: Establish the budget for the system and control variances from the initial budget
Develop system progress reports and keep them up to date
Inform project management of billing key deliveries throughout the project
Be responsible for applying Quality provisions on the system: With the help of the Quality Manager, ensure respect of the Quality Policy within the project framework
Pilot the definition and implementation of corrective and preventive actions related to the project

Significant experience in leading large-scale projects
Experience ideally on software/system dominant projects
Mastery of the English language
