• Ensure the smooth running of assigned projects, autonomously and with the support of the Program Director when required
• Ensure respect for commitments made to the client (quality, budget, and deadlines in particular), and implement action plans in case of risk
• Manage team members, support their professional development and well-being at work
• Manage the relationship with the client and lead steering committees, maintaining a relationship of trust and collaboration
• Participate in pre-sales and the launch of new innovative projects.

• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager
• Experience in an IT services company (ESN) and/or in project management with contractual commitments to respect, particularly budgetary ones
• Ability to rely on the right people within the team, with the right level of trust and control, to move the project forward correctly
• Ability to maintain good relationships with team members and obtain their feedback to make the best decisions
• Ability to motivate team members so they give their best.

A degree in computer science.
