Description du poste:

CS Group, a subsidiary of Sopra Steria, is hiring for the role of Chef de Projet Développement Logiciel to coordinate technical phases of software development and validation for critical communication systems used in civil and military air traffic control. The role involves planning, team management, stakeholder communication, maintaining code quality, and leveraging technical expertise in Linux and IP-based systems.

Responsabilités:

Define scope, planning, and version management to meet deadlines and budgets
Implement action plans
Manage and track documentation
Supervise development and validation teams
Ensure code quality and industry standards compliance
Facilitate communication with stakeholders including project teams and validation teams
Report production/validation software indicators

Exigences:

Minimum 5 years of experience in software development and engineering of complex systems
Significant experience in team management
Good technical foundation
Familiarity with V-model development cycle
Proficiency in office tools (MS Project, MS Office)
Skills in planning, estimation, and indicator tracking
Experience with Linux
Knowledge in software development, VoIP, IP networks, and system-level competencies is a plus
Degree equivalent to Bac+5 in Engineering or related field

Souhaitable:

Experience in software development
Knowledge of VoIP
Familiarity with IP networks
Understanding of system-level competencies
Background in communication and air traffic control systems
