Chef d'équipe logistique position at IKEA's distribution center in Metz - La Maxe, responsible for managing a team of up to 20 people and ensuring excellence in customer service and logistics operations.

Responsabilités:

Ensuring excellence in customer service and optimization of logistics chain operations
Managing a team of up to 20 people (IKEA employees and temporary workers)
Achieving objectives set with manager
Setting team objectives and ensuring they are met
Analyzing and defining team workload considering seasonal fluctuations
Ensuring operations are executed according to internal quality standards in safety and quality
Implementing and improving work methods while ensuring procedure compliance
Ensuring good working conditions for employees
Promoting coordination between different departments
Identifying and developing talents within the team

Strong leadership skills

Managerial experience in a demanding environment
Clear and rigorous managerial posture
Ability to communicate with impact
Willing to give opinions on improvement proposals
Familiarity with customer service, safety culture, quality approach, continuous improvement, operational excellence
Mastery of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Motivation, organization and commitment
Intermediate English level (comfortable reading/writing emails and discussing work topics orally)
