The role involves connecting talents with opportunities, managing client and temporary worker relationships, prospecting for new staffing needs in healthcare, and handling administrative tasks. Responsabilités:

Connect talents with opportunities
publish compelling job ads
identify promising talents
respond to client and talent needs
ensure smooth follow-up between clients and temporary workers
support talents in their integration and professional development
build strong partnerships
organize inspiring events
prospect for new staffing needs in healthcare
propose proactive placements
maintain client and temporary worker relationships
handle back-office tasks
manage administrative duties
process payroll and billing for temporary workers

Exigences:

Bac+2 minimum
first professional experience (including apprenticeship)
curiosity
agility
ability to take on challenges
interpersonal skills
commercial sensitivity
desire to satisfy clients

working hours: 8:30-12:30 and 13:30-18:30 Monday to Friday
