Chargé(e) de communication Groupe

• Participate in the design and implementation of external and internal communication actions
• Community management: write content for internal and external communication channels and social media
• Analyze performance of social media actions and adjust strategies
• Manage INETUM France social media accounts and website
• Event organization and logistics for international events
• Participate in 360° communication projects
• Support the direction on press relations strategy - France
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders (France Direction, Group Communication Direction, HR Direction...)
• Collaborate with other departments (marketing, sales, customer support) to ensure communication consistency
• Participate in organizing internal and external events for the Group
• Participate in the evaluation of completed communication actions
• Conduct competitive and sectoral monitoring

• Master Communication or equivalent specialized in communication (ESC, EFAP Sciences-Po, Celsa, ISCOM...)
• First experience in internship or apprenticeship in communication, including internal and external communication or in a communication agency
• Good interpersonal skills and listening ability
• Strong writing skills and mastery of spelling
• Perfect command of French and English
• Spanish is a plus
• Creative, proactive, and initiative-driven
• Rigorous, organized, and reactive: project management
• Mastery of creative tools (Adobe suite) and office tools (Office 365: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Forms, Teams…)
